Had issues with my house alarm control box and front door contact, so I called Kirk from KW Fire & Security, who came within an hour on a Friday evening. He was extremely polite and professional, quickly identifying the faults. Batteries were replaced in the control box and the door contact, which had been incorrectly installed years ago, was correctly remounted. The rest of the system was checked and found to be in good working order. Brilliant.

Had two lovely blokes come round and swiftly install a 10-camera security system at one of my properties alongside an alarm system that connects straight to my mobile. The work was completed with no problems and to a top quality standard, and all mess was tidied up afterwards too. Once everything was set up, I was given a clear walkthrough on how to use the new CCTV system as well as the app on my phone. Job well done. Cheers.

After doing research we were given details to contact KW Security. Our old system needed a major update and new units added. After arranging a date and time, Nick came round and sat down with us to understand exactly what we needed. He checked our existing system and gave us all the options. We decided on a complete new system, upgrading to 16 cameras, a monitor upgrade and a hard drive. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and their benefits. Once agreed, a date was set for the installation. No mess was left and we are extremely pleased. Professional at every step. Five stars and fully recommended.
